Ok, so maybe it's not a "Cake Wreck".
But this was my very first attempt at decorating cake.
I did this for my first Wilton class.
I had never touched a pastry bag.
Never made my own buttercream icing.
This was it.
I look back...
At all those awful streaks going through the top...
Ewww!
(Shiver!)
I'm still not an accomplished cake decorator.
But let's just say I've come a long way.
This picture just makes me want to hide, LOL!
But, we all have to start somewhere, right?
